Terms of sale

We prepare and deliver grazing platters for events to the areas listed on this site. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms.

Prices are in shekels and include VAT. Platter size is defined by the guest count and piece count shown on the product page. Contents may vary slightly with season and availability: we substitute an equivalent item and tell you if the substitution is significant.

Orders are accepted at least 48 hours before delivery, and 72 hours for event packages. You may change or cancel up to 48 hours before delivery. After that the ingredients have been bought for your order and cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivery cost depends on the area and is listed on the Delivery page. We deliver within the window you chose; if we are running late we tell you in advance.

Our food is made in a home kitchen and holds no kashrut certificate. Some platters contain pork, fish and alcohol. Full contents and allergens are listed on each platter page.

As these are fresh food products, we do not accept returns of goods of proper quality. If something is wrong with your order, tell us on the day of delivery with a photo and we will refund or replace the platter.
