Antipasti meat & cheese board

Serves 10–12 guests

A large wooden board, assembled by hand on the day of delivery. Prosciutto and salami laid in waves, with aged cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, nuts and grapes between them. This is not a plate of cold cuts: the board takes about an hour to build, and it works as the centre of the table.
