"Celebration" package

A ready answer when there is no time to calculate and combine: a meat-and-cheese board, assorted canapés, rolls and a fruit platter in one order. The proportions are set so the savoury and the sweet last to the end of the evening rather than running out in the first half hour. Cheaper than the same platters bought separately.
